SwipeHome is a revolutionary real estate platform that connects property buyers, sellers, and contractors. Our platform provides property assessments through SwipeCheck, contractor matching services,
and comprehensive real estate tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify SwipeHome of any unauthorized
use of your account.
4. SwipeCheck Property Assessments
SwipeCheck assessments are estimates based on user-provided information and should not replace professional property inspections. SwipeHome is not liable for any decisions made based solely on
SwipeCheck results.
5. Contractor Services
SwipeHome connects users with contractors but does not directly provide contracting services. All agreements, payments, and work are between users and contractors. SwipeHome is not responsible for the
quality of contractor work.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use our service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our
service.
7. Privacy
