Operation Swipe Back
From the Streets to the Trades — Bringing Our Veterans Home
We Don’t Just Believe in Second Chances.
We’re Building Them.
Swipe Home was born out of real struggle, real grit, and real people tired of being pushed aside by a system that works for everyone but them. That’s why Operation Swipe Back isn’t just a feel-good side project — it’s our long-game mission to reinvest in the people who deserve it most.
We're talking about veterans.
Men and women who served this country, came back broken, abandoned, or simply left behind. We’re not just giving them beds — we’re building a path back into society, back into stability, and back into pride.
Step 1: Buy the Land — Right in the App
As Swipe Home grows, we will allocate a portion of platform profits to purchase land directly inside the app. These parcels won’t be bought for profit — they’ll be bought for purpose.
Each parcel will become the foundation for a micro-community, purpose-built to house veterans experiencing homelessness or severe instability.
These will be fully traceable properties, built inside our infrastructure, verified by our own DIDPID (Distinct Individual Digital Property ID) system — ensuring transparency and trust at every layer.
Step 2: Build Micro-Communities — Fast, Efficient, Sustainable
We are actively seeking partnerships with eco-friendly, small-footprint homebuilders — including pioneers in 3D printed and modular housing — to help us build modern veteran communities at scale.
Our goal is to create living spaces that are:
These communities will include:
These aren’t shelters — they’re launchpads for veterans to rebuild and reclaim their lives.
Step 3: Heal and Train — Trade Schools, Rehab, and Real Support
Once moved in, veterans will enter a program tailored to where they are — mentally, physically, and professionally.
Rehabilitation, if needed. Addiction, PTSD, trauma — all addressed with compassion and structure.
Trade school access on-site. From HVAC to roofing, plumbing to electrical — we’ll train vets in the same fields our platform supports.
Life-long mental health support — because healing doesn’t end after 30, 60, or 90 days.
Every veteran in the program gets a chance to earn, grow, and recover at their own pace.
Step 4: Reintegrate as Verified Swipe Home Contractors
This is where it comes full circle.
Veterans who complete the program will rejoin the world — not as a number or a statistic — but as Verified Swipe Home Contractors.
They’ll:
Be visible to buyers and sellers inside the app
Carry trust badges earned through SwipeCheck and community work
Get ongoing mentorship and job support from inside the platform
They won’t just survive. They’ll thrive — in the very system they helped build.
You’re Not Just Using Swipe Home.
You’re Powering Operation Swipe Back.
Every transaction. Every contractor subscription. Every referral.
A portion of it funds this mission.
Because real estate shouldn’t just build wealth.
It should build people.
Make Your Home Sale Matter More
Swipe Home sellers and buyers can now opt to contribute a portion of their transaction directly to Operation Swipe Back — our initiative to build housing, trade programs, and long-term support for veterans in need.
We’re currently in the process of forming Operation Swipe Back as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your donations will soon be fully tax-deductible.
Whether it’s $50 or $5,000, your gift helps us:
Buy land for veteran housing communities
Build sustainable, small-footprint homes
Fund trade school certifications, rehab access, and lifelong mental health support
At closing, you’ll have the option to:
You’re not just closing a deal — you’re opening a door for someone else.
